On April 24, 2023, the first large lifting equipment (core reactor) of Huizhou Yuxin Material Co., Ltd.'s 120kt/year of 1,4-BDO installation project was successfully hoisted into place, which was built by Beijing Branch of China Chemical Engineering No. 6 Construction Co., Ltd.

The project is located in Daya Bay Petrochemical District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. The scope of the project mainly includes compression plant, hydrogenation frame, esterification frame, refining frame, PSA hydrogen production, tank area, pipe corridor in the plant, covering steel structure, equipment, process piping, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation engineering and other specialties. The equipment is 22.453 meters high and 2.9meters in diameter, and its self-weight is about 131tons. The 600-ton crawler crane is used as the main crane and the 200-ton crawler crane as the tail crane. The hoisting, under the coordination of various departments of the project and close cooperation with the hoisting unit, successfully completed the installation task of the equipment.
