Vietnam FTA to EU will hurt Indian apparel sector

After the EU Council adopted a decision on the conclusion of a free trade agreement (FTA) between the EU and Vietnam, almost complete (99%) elimination of customs duties between the two blocks will come into force.The FTA will also lessen many of the current non-tariff barriers to trade with Vietnam
