Imported cotton yarn arrivals to China in May 2020 are estimated at 94kt, down 53.51% y-o-y and 30.78% m-o-m. After the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic, traders canceled the ordering of Indian and Pakistani cotton yarn and reduced that of Vietnamese cotton yarn, so May arrivals decrease obviously.
