As shown in the following chart, starting from 2017, China domestic petrochemical plants’ HDPE pipe production ratio was spiraling up since 2017. In 2017 and prior years, the production ratio of domestic petrochemical suppliers for HDPE pipe was usually around 10%. In the third quarter of 2017, due
