MX is driven up by expectation of new PX plants

2. Port inventory keeps decreasing.

Toluene and MX inventory has been decreasing since this May, and maintains low currently. Imported cargoes dropped in recent months, as the arbitrage from CFR China to East China market was shut for much of the time. In addition, consumption is healthy recently, leading to decrease of port inventory.
