On Nov 19 2019, the Ministry of production and labor from Argentina issued resolution 1266/2019 to make a preliminary anti-dumping determination on gloves originating in China, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia. The preliminary determination is to impose a temporary anti-dumping duty of 56% FOB price on the gloves of China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, and a temporary anti-dumping duty of 35.06% FOB price on the gloves of India Tax. The resolution shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The validity period of products involved in China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia is 6 months, and that of products involved in India is 4 months. This case involves products under the tax No. 6116.10.00 of Mercosur.
