Tongkun Hengyang's DTY workshop started operation on Jul

Tongkun Hengyang's  DTY workshop started operation on Jul, indicating Hengyang’s twisting project officially commissioned production.

DTY workshop, which started construction in Jan 2022, adopts TMT ATF-1500 type twisting machine, with the spinning position of each machine up to 384 spindles from 240 spindles, and the production rises by 60%. The production is greatly pushed up and it also realizes high speed and automation. The equipment adopts automatic doffer, reach the level of Industry 4.0 and has substantially falling cost.

Tongkun Hengyang's project

The project is located in Shuyang Lingang Industrial Park, with a total investment of about 15 billion yuan and a planned land of 4200 mu. It will form an annual capacity of 2.4 million tons of filament (staple fiber), and build 500 DTY machines, 10,000 looms, supporting dyeing and finishing and public thermal energy center projects. It is expected that nearly 10,000 people will be employed in the future.
