Indian govt announces ECLGS 2.0 for stressed sectors

Indian minister of finance and corporate affairs Nirmala Sitharaman today announced guaranteed credit for supporting stressed sectors, as part of Atmanirbhar Bharat Package 3.0. Tenor of additional credit under ECLGS 2.0 will be 5 years, including one-year moratorium on principal repayment. The scheme will be available till March 31, 2021.
