According to the Pakistan Statistics Bureau, the country’s RMG exports rose 4.6 percent in the first four months, compared to last year’s corresponding exports. From July-October 2020-21, Pakistan exported approximately 947,419 million dollars in ready-made clothes compared with 20,850,000 dollars worth 905,243 million dollars exported during the same period last year. Over the reporting period, knitwear exports rose by 12.30 percent to 24.425 billion dollars worth 1,183 billion dollars over the same period last year as opposed to 40.837 thousand dollars worth 1,053 billion dollars over the same period.
