LOS ANGELES – A garment factory in downtown Los Angeles, California, has been closed after an investigation by the Los Angeles Department of Public Health (DPH) found there had been more than 300 cases of the coronavirus at the site, leading to the deaths of four people.
Throughout June and July, the city’s department has been in contact with Dov Charney, the owner of Los Angeles Apparel, after rumours surfaced on June 19 of a possible COVID-19 outbreak at the factory.
